Sample Itinerary

1st Day: Departure from USA to Male. Overnight flight

Fly to Male.

2nd Day: Arrive at Male Airport 

On arrival at Maldives airport. Welcome and transfer to Island Resort by speed boat. Check into the Paradise Resort. Rest of the day relax. Dinner and overnight stay at Resort.

The Speedboat ride takes approximately 20-minute of time to cover the distance of 9.6 km (distance between Male Airport and Paradise Island Resort).

Hotel: Paradise Island Resort or similar (Dinner).

3rd Day: Maldives

Free day to enjoy the beauty of Maldives, its culture and beaches.

(Water activities optional on own cost).

5th Day: Maldives – Sri Lanka by flight (flight timings to be advised)

On arrival Proceed to Kandy (115 Km from Colombo airport).

Lunch on your own at Male airport.

On arrival at the Bandaranayke International Airport, you will be blessed to get your first taste of warm Sri Lankan hospitality; A Representative will welcome you at the Airport & proceed to Kandy.

En route visit Pinnawala elephant orphanage

Pin Nawala Elephant Orphanage is not a zoo, but something bigger and more interesting. It is a breeding ground for Asian elephants that are left abandoned due to unforeseeable circumstances. Reconnect with nature and wildlife as you witness the way elephants are treated and cared for, the elephants being fed milk, their bathing routine, and interaction with each other Upon arrival check into the hotel. Later visit Cultural show( Kandyan Dance show) in Kandy. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Kandy: The hill capital of Kandy, the last stronghold of Sinhala kings against the British Empire, lies picturesquely surrounded by mountains and rivers just 115 km away from Colombo.

Hotel: Amaya Hills Kandy.

6th Day: Kandy- Nuwara Eliya, By Road, 90 Km

Visit Bhariavakanda Temple: Bahiravokanda Vihara Buddha Statue is the biggest Buddha statue in Sri Lanka nestled within the hilltops above Kandy and offers the panoramic view of city.

Visit Kandy Temple of Tooth Relic: This beautiful golden-roofed Buddhist Temple in the heart of Kandy, where you can see the legendary tooth relic of Buddha which is enclosed inside several golden boxes, covered in jewels.

Later proceed to Nuwara Eliya. Upon arrival check into the hotel. In the evening, you can visit the Gregory Lake and enjoy the happy vibe. Explore the Bale Bazaar, popularly known as the winter market you can buy winter products as a souvenir. Return to your hotel and enjoy your delicious dinner.

Hotel: Aralia Gene Hills Nuwan Eliyah.

7th Day: Nuwara Eliyah – Benetta (By Road, 210 Km)

Breakfast at the hotel Check-out from the hotel and proceed to Bentota. Enroute Stopover at Seetha Amman Kovil. This temple dedicated to Goddess Sita and is believed that place that Goddess Sita was kept during after she had been captured by the king Ravana of Lanka.

Bentota is a resort town on Sri Lanka’s southwest coast. Its long Bentota Beach stretches north, where it becomes a sandy strip known as Paradise Island, parallel to Bentota Lagoon. Dinner and overnight stay in Bentota.

Hotel: Cinnamon Bey, Benetta.

8th Day: Bentota - Colombo, By Road, 180 Km

After breakfast proceed to Colombo. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Cosmopolitan Colombo, gateway to the wonder of Sri Lanka, boasts a rich colonial heritage, featuring a melting pot of races, religions and cultures. Immerse yourself in the colorful, busy streets, take in the beautiful sunset along the western coast or enjoy the delightful cuisine of the island at one of many traditional or modern restaurants, bars or cafés located in the city.

Later Proceed with Colombo City Tour: Visit Gangaramaya Temple and Visit Lotus Tower Transfer to airport for your flight to Delhi.

Overnight on board flight.

9th Day: Flight to New Delhi (India). (By early morning flight)

Welcome at New Delhi international airport. On arrival transfer to hotel . After short relax at your hotel procced to visit Delhi: Full day city tour of Old and New Delhi.

(Every Monday Akshardham Temple and Lotus Temple closed).

Delhi sightseeing tour. Today you will visit Jama Masjid-the country’s largest mosque, visit Chandni Chowk and spice market and enjoy Rickshaw Ride in Chandni chowk, then visit the elegant but imposing Red Fort, Raj Ghat-a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, Humayun’s tomb-Delhi’s finest example of Mughal architecture, the medieval workmanship of Qutub Minar, The Parliament House, The President House and India Gate. Rest of the day is free at your leisure. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Hotel: Hotel Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar.

10th Day: Delhi- Agra: By Road, 220 Km

This morning after breakfast you will be transferred to Mughal city Agra.

Agra is a major tourist destination in North India because of its many Mughal-era buildings, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, all these are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. On arrival check in to your hotel. After fresh n up you will visit the famous Taj Mahal-the symbol of love, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. (Taj Mahal Remains Closed on Every Friday). Later, visit the Agra fort, built by the great Emperor Akbar and the tomb of Etimad-ud-Daula often described as Jewel Box or the Baby Taj and is regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal. Rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Agra.

Hotel: Crystal Sarovar Premiere or similar.

11th Day: Delhi- Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur: By Road, 270 Km

After breakfast you will be transferred to Pink City Jaipur, en route you will visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted red sandstone city built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar. On arrival check in to your hotel.

Hotel: The Lalit or Similar.

12th Day: Jaipur

This morning after breakfast you will visit the Amber fort nestling among Aravalli Hills built in 16th century by Raja Man Singh, enjoy an optional elephant ride at Amber fort subject to additional charges, then visit Jal Mahal (Water Palace) & Hawa Mahal-a Palace of winds- it is the Jaipur’s most famous monument. In the afternoon you will visit the City Palace and Museum, City Palace-conceived and designed by Jai Singh is a fine blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture and is one of the most important architectural landmarks in Jaipur. Walk to the adjacent Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Jaipur.

Hotel: The Lalit or Similar.

13th Day: Jaipur – Delhi, By Road, 250 Km

After breakfast proceed to Delhi. Upon arrival check into the hotel nearby airport. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Hotel: Pride Plaza or similar.

14th Day: Delhi – USA

After breakfast drop at international airport to board the flight at 10 AM before 03 hrs. prior departure of the flight.
